- You must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. ride sharing is sometimes possible from our Swoyersville headquarters but you are responsible to be at the job site on time. Travel from home to the job site is not paid work time.
- Shifts can be from 8 to 12 hours or more depending on job requirements and overtime (over 40 work hours/week) is common. Please consider personal time obligations for travel and work before applying.
- Our work is repetitive, physically demanding, and we do it outdoors in the elements during all seasons. We require that all employees assigned to a job report to work on time and dressed appropriately for safety, elements, and the environment.
- We have a Zero Tolerance, drug-free workplace. Our work requires the use of heavy equipment under difficult circumstances and we will never jeopardize the safety of our employees, our clients, or the job site. Employees are subject to drug testing for any or no reason once employment is accepted. Failure to produce samples or a failed test will result in immediate dismissal.
