At Varsity, we are experienced landscapers and erosion control experts. We can handle all your needs: weekly mowing, seasonal clean up, plant maintenance, erosion control, lawn seeding, and snow removal during the winter months. We want to be your complete exterior specialist. For oil and gas companies, we are professional site maintenance and rehabilitation experts.
Our Story
Varsity Inc. has been providing a full range of landscape related services to the Northeast commercial and industrial markets since 1976.
Over the last 40+ years, Varsity has been a proud participant in many large scale and high profile landscape construction projects throughout the Northeast.
More recently, Varsity’s Founder and CEO, John S. Yarosz, has guided the firm to its current status of being a major supplier of erosion control and land restoration services to the gas and oil industry in the Marcellus Shale region.
Headquartered in Northeastern Pennsylvania, Varsity has completed projects throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, and Ohio.
