Reliable Transportation
You must be able to get to and from job sites on your own. Ridesharing is sometimes possible from our Swoyersville headquarters, but you are responsible for arriving at the job site on time, and travel from home to the site is not paid work time.
Long Shifts and Overtime
Shifts can run 8 to 12 hours or more depending on the job, and overtime beyond 40 hours a week is common. Consider your travel and personal time obligations before applying.

Physically Demanding, Outdoor Work
The work is repetitive, physical, and done outdoors in the elements in every season. All employees must report on time and dress appropriately for safety, the elements, and the environment.
Zero Tolerance, Drug-Free Workplace
Our work involves heavy equipment under difficult conditions, and we will never jeopardize the safety of our employees, our clients, or the job site. Employees are subject to drug testing for any or no reason once employment is accepted. Failure to produce a sample or a failed test results in immediate dismissal.
